There are good days, there are normal day and then comes bad days. But, bad days are the ones which make you feel bad about yourself or your work or whatever is happening in your life. These are the days that make you feel sick about everything and you tend to think your life is not working out and you should either quit or do something else so that you can come out this situation immidiately. But, then you need to stay in the right zone and keep moving in the right direction, and for that you need motivation.
One easy step that you can take is read your goal and vision and remind yourself what you wanted and why you started all that. Second, if you dont have that in place, make sure you write it somewhere and keep it with yourself. Third, when sadness strikes, move. Change place, do whatever you have to do, to come out of that energy. You can go out for a run or jog or anything that takes you away from that energy. That will help you to channelise your mind in right direction and stop overthing at the same time.
Other way is to stay calm and create a positive self talk environment. Tell yourself, nothing is permanent and you can easily move out of this, and face whatever problem life is giving you right now. This will help you to stay positive and motivated towards your goal and help you to come out of that bad day zone.
