Most of the time, infact in almost 90% ofthe cases people dont know about the companies startegy. As they are not being communicated in the right way, if the communication channels within the organisation arent good. They will be doing their work and being unaware of where they are supposed to go. This creates a negative work force for your organisation which needs to be motivated to stay on track. If you keep your workforce aligned to the goal and vision of the company it is more likely that your organisation would reach that goal.
Its very important to include your organisational staff to include in startegy making and making the information available to them so that they keep aligned with the strategy. Most of times I have seen people want something and the company wants something else and that is why nothing works. It is better to convey it to employees of where you want to go and keep them motivated towards the goal.
Communication is the only way to keep your employees and organisation moving in the right direction. Also, most organisations work on the waterfall model that means the owners/managers lead the organisation by giving the authrotative information to the organisation. But, effective way of communication is where you communicated with them too, understand their perspective and use it in your startegy so that each and every person of the organisation on the same boat.
The organisation who are succesful today know the effectiveness of communication is the most valuable ingredient to taste the success. If you have very premmitive modes of communication in the organisation, most likely the results and growth of the organisation would also be premitive. If you want to create extra ordinary results, then you should focus on creating extra ordinary communication systems which can keep everyone aligned in your organisation
