Stress is a state of mind when you feel the burden of your thoughts so much that you stop taking action. This state of mind happens due to overwhelming situation or over analysis or thinking about things not in control. Stress is caused in our brain as it keeps on find a solution to a problem which it cant find a solution. This fails the system and your brain gives signal to your body of being in fatigue or tired just becuase you drained your energy in thinking.
Stress comes from within, and can be coped within. The only way to cope stress is to get in action. This is the only solution whihc can relieve you so fast from that zone. Because this is what nobody does and that is the reaoson they keep themselves stuck in thinking. If you read about successful people and billionaires, you would know that they cope stress by getting into action. They start by doing a small effort into what is making them overthink about anything in their life and then find way to solve it as they move forward.
The more you move forward, or take action the more likely you would stop thinking about stress. There are two main reasons for this, frst, when you get in action the energy moves from thinking to doing. Second, after doing something or completing a task your brain released dopamine which makes you a little bit stable and happy. So, the more you keep doing the work or keep moving forward with your goal the more stress is released from your brain.
So, if you want to release it. Then start doing.
