Tackle negative thoughts

One of the major role in your life is to keep negative thoughts in moderation whenever they arrive. You don’t know what triggers negative thoughts in your subconscious mind and they can arrive anytime in your day or night. But to be aware of these thoughts can help you moderate them. It is important because you have decided to live a happy and fulfilling life and now you are positive about it. You have goals that you are working on but in between you get stuck with your own spiral of thoughts and emotions which take you away from the target and wasting your precious time in over analysing things. So, to burn that negative spiral you have to be aware that this is something that is going to happen. When you start to wire it to your subconscious that this can happen to anyone and anytime than you are taking control of yourself.

Negative spiral is on of the biggest problems people face because they don’t know how to tackle it. If you stay in that zone for long enough you end up in anxiety. If you keep long enough in anxiety then you are in the dark depression zone. So, if you want to save yourself and save your time and energy it is important to understand that you can take control of this spiral and first part of it to be aware that this spiral can occur and I can take control of it. The second part is to acknowledge that you are back in that spiral and understanding that this is not you or about you. These are just thoughts and have nothing to do with you. We you think that it has nothing to do with you or these negative thoughts or spiral are outside you, you get a sigh of relief automatically. This relief is required for the energy shift from that hollow zone to a complete zone of positivity. Once, you have acknowledged then you can train your mind to stop focusing on it and rather shift energy to something that is present, real and think about gratitude. When you shift that negative spiral to a gratitude situation, you aura changes instantly. If you do it often, you change your aura completely.

This small task if you do when this negative spiral occurs can save you a lifetime of overthinking, analysing and re-focusing. Because you would take control immediately and don’t need time to re-focus on your goal as you would come back to your your goal hustle zone automatically. I have used this whole my life since I learnt this concept of using gratitude to remove the negative obstacles and blockages in my life just by my spiral thoughts. So, if you start to realise that you want to take control of your life and start putting that energy out the universe is going to help.
